GIFT OF HOPE
Supporting Families with Hope and Health
The gift of hope is a program designed to support families of children with Autism. The gift is made possible by means of the generous donations of our sponsors and contains essential nutritional products.
Families in need receive trial & full-size products from the natural foods community every month for one year. Each family may re-apply at the end of the year. This program is made possible by means of the generosity of our partners.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Families are prequalified based on financial need and renewed yearly. They will submit:
- Gift of Hope Application
- ATEC Survey
AHA will confirm they are under the median income for the county in which they live.
Families will be asked to fill out a new ATEC survey every 90 days and results will be tracked.
THE PRODUCTS
Each gift will contain an assortment of products from our partners. The value of each box is approximately $100.00
Applications are Reviewed on a First-Come-First-Served basis!
